As a member of the URI ITS Service Desk team, I provide excellent IT customer service and support for faculty, staff, and students in-person, over the phone, virtually through Zoom, and via email. Support includes troubleshooting hardware and software endpoint device issues. I am also responsible for mentoring new hires on job policies and procedures. As part of the training and advancment process at the service desk, I provided feedback to tier 1 consultants for training qualifications to advance to the next level.

As a section lead, I assist with guiding the 20+ members of the adult choir by helping them with their part and ensuring everyone is singing accurately. Occasionally, I perform with the choir for funerals, and other services. I also volunteer to sing with the choir for Sunday masses as well as holidays and other church events.

As an intern at Creative division of the Rise group, I performed various duties for the engineering team including, designing existing and new mechanical systems in buildings using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, performing work site visits to gather current building information and take measurements, generating informative building visuals using Blue Beam Revu software, editing and enhancing new and existing project floor plans and utilizing Hourly Analysis Program (HAP) software to model buildings and perform load calculations to generate building data and upload to Excel.Overall, I gained a better understanding of sustainable systems and buildings as related to the push toward decarbonization.

I started off preparing food and assisting with dining room cleanup and soon advanced to managing the line and production quality. I also helped to resolve customer complaints to their satisfaction.
