I obtained my master’s degree in Natural Science and Education with a concurrent major in Environmental Natural Resources from the University of Wyoming in December of 2020. My graduate thesis was on the impacts of professional development within early childhood education, particularly among nature-based learning and Reggio Emilia inspired practice. This research enabled me to work independently and collaboratively within a virtual/remote team environment and understand the vital impacts of educational trends within professional development.I am looking to gain more hands-on experience within early childhood education, so that I can reach my long-term career goals to design, lead, and implement professional development programs for early childhood educators.
