My professional domain is cut from a combination of non-profits, educational organizations, and public services.Logistics? Collaboration? Creative problem-solving? Yes, yes, and yes! I like to design and enhance systems that anticipate and adapt to people's needs to keep things running smoothly. I also consider meticulous organization and maintaining excellent records a key to successful collaboration. As a leader, my approach is inclusive, reflective, and service-based. I'm dedicated to enabling engaged, empowered teamwork while maintaining a welcoming, receptive workplace. I'm most energized when I'm a part of intergenerational efforts toward intersectional equity, environmental justice, and vibrant sustainable design. On the more technical side, I have been recognized for building and managing rich databases, leading meetings with momentum, and designing clear, accessible policy documents. I am collaborative, organized, and motivated in sustainable solutions for community resources and the built environment. Tools include: Zoom, Slack, Asana, Notion, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Suite, MURAL, Miro, GIS, and AutoCAD.In person and apart, I embrace clarity and warmth in all communications. When I’m not at the virtual office, you might find me contributing to the repair revolution, working with The BLOCK Project, catching up on documentaries, or attending as many workshops as I can.Drop me a line if you'd like to chat, and thanks for stopping by!
