My primary responsibility is to steer operations of Hawaii Lifestyle Retail Properties LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of HPU assembled to develop Aloha Tower Marketplace into a mixed-use facility that serves both as an anchor of campus life for the university and gathering place for the public. I serve as landlord for over (20) marketplace tenants and business partners. I also work closely with State of Hawaii’s Dept. of Transportation - Harbors Division and Aloha Tower Development Corp. personnel on marketplace/maritime operations at Piers 5-11, responsibilities include overseeing HLRP ground lease with State and teaming up on future commercial development in area.

In my first role at Hawaii Pacific University, I managed the Office of Events with (2) full-time direct reports. I coordinated (27) events for HPU including fundraisers, commencements and educational programs. Additionally, I developed and executed an alumni engagement strategy that included planning (16) regional gatherings, building alumni website/newsletter, and stewarding alumni volunteer board, Alumni Council.

While at UCLA Athletics, I worked in the game operations department. There, my larger responsibilities included co-managing (30) home football games at the Rose Bowl Stadium with crowds as large as (70,000) and planning/executing (190) away game trips for the football, men's basketball, baseball, men's volleyball and women's waterpolo teams to (45) different cities with travel parties as large as (350).

My primary responsibility during my residency was to manage the Community Voices speaker's bureau. This included, creating and maintaining the request process, training 100 partner agency speakers, filling 150 speaker requests between July and December, and compiling in-depth process documentation and summary. Additionally, I ran fundraising campaigns in the workplaces of 130 of United Way's partner agencies, raising about $400,000 throughout the fall. My campaign responsibilities included organizational outreach, relationship building with key agency staff, speaking about United Way to as many as 50 potential donors at a time, and ensuring that the agencies had everything they needed to run successful campaigns.

My primary responsibility while at the museum was to steer and coordinate monthly events for young professionals named ARTafterDARK. This included cultivating relationships with volunteers, vendors and donors as well as managing the $100,000 program budget. Additionally, I assisted in executing other high-profile museum fundraising event and exhibition openings.

While at TeamPraxis, I wore many hats. In the public relations/marketing realm, I oversaw production of a bimonthly client newsletter, ehrWISE as well as managed the company website and drafted collateral. On the client relations side, I sold electronic health record technology to clients and helped physicians implement the technology in their offices once purchased.

While at TCU, I coordinated 12 campus visitation programs, Monday at TCU, for 3,900 prospective students and families. Program managements included organizing activities with university tour guides, speakers, panelists and officials. Additionally, I composed written reports, statistical breakdowns and annual budget projections for my director.
