Warburn Estate is one of the largest wineries in the Riverina Area of New South Wales, Australia. In this role I managed the Finished Wines section, ensuring that the wine met all specifications and quality control checks before being bottled. Working in an international setting, with young people from all around the world, this role demanded flexibility, leadership, strategic and critical thinking, and most importantly a strong work ethic. Particularly during the harvest time, the work needs to be highly accurate, completed quickly, and managed overall in a strategic fashion.
