A Luxury Sober Living allowing clients to shift their addictions to passion. I was a manager of techs and ran day to day operations. Including client scheduling, staff scheduling, transportation. Crisis interventions, high profiled clientele. While showing my skills, I created an aftercare program that was individualized client to client basis. This lead to also branching a successful alumni department.
