I have worked as a receptionist for a decorative company for 2 years. And there is where I learned my customer service skills working with different companies as well as homeowners on schedules. I worked for 10 years in the financial services industry creating personal loans for multiple clients. Collecting payments and working with the clients on scheduling payments to process with the clients bank accounts. In my current position I am working with different companies in the retail industry where we work together on their lighting and electrical needs. I help coordinate scheduled monthly maintenance as well as work with the electricians. When speaking with the electricians I am gathering information needed for lighting fixtures and lighting materials as well as for electrical materials. I am always interested in learning new things and techniques to further my knowledge.
