As the Education Services Practice Lead for RSA Archer, Megan's primary responsibility is to define and manage the development of training curriculum paths for RSA Archer, across all audiences and user types. Megan draws on her 10+ years of experience with RSA Archer plus a QA background to ensure high levels of quality in all of her team's offerings.

Served on the Board of Directors for KCQAA from April 2006 to December 2008, first as Director of Administration and then as Director of Publicity/Publications. Served as Director of Web Applications for the 2010-2011 term years. Returned to the Director of Publicity/Publications in January of 2013.

Across the years with KCRF, I managed weddings and other special events, served as a part of the Royal Cigar Smoker crew, worked at the Front Gate, as an Area Manager, as a vendor, and taught archery to patrons. Each position was done while also playing one sort of character or another.
