Roles and responsibilities are of previous Assistant Production Controller roles but are not limited to:To manage the catalogue process through from image handover to bound copies, ensuring the first version, through to the last is proofed, retouched and printed to a high standard. Support the Senior Production Controller in helping improve process.To follow and maintain critical path for catalogues and printed materials, to ensure deadlines are met. Look at ways to improve and develop the critical path, working procedures and scheduling with the external repro house and members of the Creative Services team.Production management and allocation of ‘other print’ jobs and RetailTo manage the scheduling, print, paper, repro and production for all allocated activity.Work closely and collaboratively with the PM, Creative and Retail Marketing on delivery of seasonal, monthly & promotional assets.Budget control – individual print jobs & RetailTo maximise quality within agreed budget set in relation to marketing plan.
