• Community Assessment Workshops- spearheaded asset mapping, project design, and implementation trainings totaling 30 facilitation hours. Stakeholders' action plan resulted local library and kindergarten classroom build.• Grant Writing- authored and implemented successful Peace Corps Grant, amounting to $1800, contributing to kindergarten classroom build. • Organizational Development- directed meetings with local stakeholders to execute program monitoring and evaluation, grant writing, and networking strategies. Meetings resulted in a 10% increase in external resourcing from identified donors. • University Guest Lecturer- recurring guest lecturer in asset mapping field application and asset-based community development to BSW and MSW students at Baylor University via Skype, facilitating 12 hours of lecture for 3 semesters. • Gender Development and Leadership- guided weekly sessions with local women's group discussing confidence building, assets and skills identification, goal setting, and local volunteerism, totaling 80 hours of facilitation. • Events Coordination- organized three simulated United Nations debate conferences with 50 University student participants at each conference. • Training of Trainers- selected by Peace Corps administration to lead a seminar on Community Development and Sustainability based on project results for 75 participants.
