Collaborate with other agencies including the USGS, CGS and DWR on joint efforts. Manage our post-earthquake inspection program of outside consultants available to inspect our critical facilities after a major earthquake, including participating in the BORP programs for SF and SJ.

Manage the Geoscience department's Quality Assurance program. This includes updating procedures, recording documents, and providing training on procedures and the program.

Managed the leagues activities via committees, comprised of 60 volunteers, and worked with the Board of Directors on the league mission and programs offered.Additionally I had been the Chair of the Bout Production committee from the beginning. I coordinated all activities involved in producing the bouts from marketing, ticketing, caterers, EMTs, security, staffing, facilities, equipment, raffles, photographers and half-time entertainment.

As the Fundraising Director I organized our fundraising events.- Holiday See's Candy Sale- Valentine's See's Candy Sale- Spring Vendor BazaarI organized and managed the Spring Vendor Bazaar two years in a row. The fair raised money for the Women's Network by selling vendor spaces to local women owned businesses. I organized finding the vendors, receiving signed contracts and payments. I managed the facility requirements for the fair and the staff to run it the day of. It continues to be one of the highest revenue fundraisers for the Women's Network.

The Women's Network is an employee resource group that is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. As the Director of Communications I sent out the monthly newsletters to our membership, promoted our fundraisers and presentations, and calendared our events.

Surveyed commercial and residential properties to secure land rights for utility services. Researched property boundaries via county parcel maps and deeds. Operated a Leica surveying tool and input the information into AutoCAD to create the drawings of the easements. Drafted the documents to record the easements with the appropriate counties.

In 2000 Taos had 4 offices nation wide with over 500 consultants. I reviewed contracts, negotiated terms and tracked completion of the contracts. I maintained the contract database for all of the consultants on assignment. When the company closed a few offices and consolidated positions, I also took on the tasks of the Sales Administrator which included creating daily sales reports and helping with client meetings.
