Responsibilities included planners having parts available on time for production, meet target of 3 days in stock, po's were placed and loads were tendered, loads scheduled on the dock scheduler and supplier website was driving correct parts and quantities.During this time my team maintained the best days in stock (DIS) globally, at 10 days.

Responsibilities included key inventory measurements such as turns, fill rates, reduction of unproductive inventory, expediting open orders, vendor relations and procurement of all non-GE manufactured electrical components.Reduction in on time delivery of 4 days in four branches while maintaining and average on time delivery of 12 days for assigned locations.Project lead for customer consigned inventories in the Southeast region. This resulted in eliminating unproductive material in those locations and 23% reduction in inventory.Organized, implemented and supervised physical inventory for Jackson and Memphis, TN 2004-2007.
