My duties revolve around managing and distributing information within an office. As well as greeting customers, answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files. I review and enter in invoices and bill of ladings for multiple clients, and create spreadsheets upon request. I maintain any overflow of duties to help my fellow coworkers and our business run smoothly.
