Asset Manager
Current•Plan and deploy an Enterprise SQL database (Master Database) to manage Public Works GIS and records and centralize data. This includes future proofing and better database management by developing schema and domains and implementing GIS best practices such as editor tracking and relationship classes. This SQL database is the foundation of the Work and Asset Management software that has been implemented.•Maintain ArcGIS Enterprise Portal for Public Works users by publishing resources, managing groups, and onboarding new users to GIS resources. This gives all members of the Public Works department more access to their data that is managed in the Master Database. •Implement Work and Asset Management software Cartegraph including asset management for Streets, Traffic Signs, Sign Supports, Streetlights, and Pavement Markings.•Create Esri Web Mapping Applications for viewing and editing Assets and resources in the Public Works department including traffic signals, stormwater assets, sidewalks and concrete features, and services such as street sweeping and snow plowing.•Develop field collection solutions using Esri applications identifiying concrete distress areas, collecting traffic signal assets, and stormwater catchbasin cleaning routines.•Assist users in the office and in the field with desktop and mobile GIS and Cartegraph solutions.•Document and distribute workflows and help tutorials.Projects:-Implementation of Cartegraph Enterprise Asset Management including Transportation Domain, 2020-2021-Pavement Condition Data Collection and Analysis, 2020-2021-Fleetio Fleet Management Implementation, 2021-2022-Right of Way (ROW) Asset Inventory Collection including Traffic Signs, Sign Supports and Pavement Markings, 2022-Cartegraph Implementation Stormwater Domain, Scenario Builder and Adoption Toolkit domains, 2023-Cartegraph Implementation Facilities, Parks, Asset Builder domains, 2024-Pavement Management Data Update and Concrete Inventory Collection, 2024
