As part of this business, we work with clients to design and advance evidence-based strategies, apply cutting edge and fit-for-purpose evaluation and impact measurement approaches, understand and make sense of complexity to drive long-term systemic change, organizational change management, and strategic positioning. Our clients have included public and private foundations, impact investors, INGOs, and civil society networks who are working to advance human rights, open government, locally-led development, and unlock and shift key systems towards justice and equality.

Responsible for defining vision and long term aims, strategy design and adaptation, impact measurement & learning, and organizational resilience efforts for OSF's Economic Justice Program and impact investment arm (SEDF). Collectively, EJP and SEDF distributed $120+ million in grants, investments, and contracts annually. As head of the Strategy & Impact unit, I was a member of the Senior Leadership Team and oversaw a 6-8 person team.

TAI members are largest global funders of transparency, accountability and participation efforts worldwide, who are collectively committed to building a more just, equitable and inclusive society. Steering committee is responsible for defining direction of TAI strategy and initiatives, providing budget and management oversight, and acting as champions for collaborative's mission within member institutions and externally.

When I joined THP in the first full-time M&E position at HQ, rapid growth in funding and funder demands were quickly stretching the existing, ad hoc M&E practices and systems to their limits. By the time I left, THP had clear strategic priorities (linked to concrete MEL plans), a customized and integrated global results platform rolled out in multiple languages, open data initiative reporting tools and processes, 400+ staff trained in MEL basics and results platform use, full transition to mobile data collection across 12 program countries (LatAm, South Asia, Africa), and 20 highly trained MEL staff in place ready to lead practice across offices.
