From budgets and logistics to communications and relationships, I left no stone unturned in the role. One of the most exciting projects I’ve been a part of to date was the GOATworthy Treasure Hunt by Backcountry. Our goal was to introduce new and existing customers to the Backcountry Gearheads program. We brought GOAT (Greatest of All Time) moments to life through an activation campaign, highlighting points of differentiation with engaging events and content. The Airstream hosted offline events to amplify experiences to a wider audience, providing more authentic opportunities for consumers to connect and build brand loyalty. I helped coordinate and execute 50+ events across seven states in six months, engaging 10,000+ people. It was challenging yet exciting to be part of this work, especially coming up in the company from my previous role as a Customer Account Manager. No matter the project or campaign, I was constantly collaborating with team members on all aspects of event planning and marketing – project management, reporting, budgeting, generating timelines, accounting for potential issues, engaging vendors, delivering a memorable customer experience. Given my love for content, I also managed content creation as Lead Storyteller for @backcountrygearheads and developed social media engagement strategies. Finally, I honed my reporting skills. I contributed to lead generation and data collection efforts and regularly reported on KPIs and ROI. I monitored efforts closely which allowed me to see new opportunities for program growth and provide recommendations to expand our presence, goodwill and, ultimately, sales. Show less
