I have recently graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelors degree in Environmental Geoscience and a minor in ArcGIS. Looking to start my career as soon as possible, I love the outdoors and enjoy hiking, rock climbing, swimming, mountain biking, and many more outdoor activities. When I graduated high school I had thought medical school was going to be my path, but as I started my college career I realized that my love for the outdoors was more than just a hobby, it was a passion that I knew I wanted to make my career. I chose my degree because I once talked to a National Park Ranger in Yellowstone who was a retired geology professor who provided educational tours about the geology of geysers and I knew I wanted that knowledge. It has been my goal since then to earn an opportunity to work or learn more about map making or geology and hopefully create a fulfilling career around my degree.
