• Provide critical administrative and consultative support for the Class Giving Department

• Successfully managed a portfolio of alumni classes from the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point engaged in reunion fundraising campaigns of up to 5 years in duration, with cash goals ranging from $250,000-$6,200,000 each with a prospect pool of 600-1,100 per class• Responsible for maximizing reunion giving results for the Class Giving Department both through gift size ($7M-$12M annually) and percent alumni participation (institutionally, 35-39% annually) • Provided consultative guidance and technical support for assigned classes through knowledge of approved USMA funding needs; matched class giving potential and interest with these needs; assisted each class in selecting an appropriate project; designed and executed a fundraising strategy; managed each class’s gift fund; prepared all direct mail, email, and text solicitations; and coordinated the presentation and recognition of gifts with the Academy• Created fundraising pyramid reports for each class campaign and collaborated with the Major Giving team for targeted ask strategies among the top identified prospects• Served as the Class Giving Department lead for the West Point Challenge (formerly All Academy Challenge) by developing the website, coordinating communications, solicitations, social media messaging, reporting, and recruitment/staffing of alumni volunteers. In 2022, the 5-day challenge attracted 15,600 alumni donors (26.7% alumni participation rate) and raised $4.4M in cash across an array of USMA funding needs—the majority of which supported class gift funds earmarked for reunion campaigns

• Closely assisted the Senior Director on the Superintendent’s Annual Fund drive through coordinating solicitations through phone-a-thon, direct mail, email, and other communications channels• Assisted in the development of all of the Annual Fund Program’s marketing and solicitation materials• Acted as the lead agent for the West Point Parents Fund and Long Gray Line Fund drives by executing comprehensive campaigns and coordinating annual solicitations through phone-a-thons, direct mail, and email• Managed the emerging, annual All Academy Challenge by collaborating with development professionals from the other service academies; coordinating communications, solicitations, and social media messaging• Oversaw recurring annual campaigns to include Giving Tuesday, Pi Day, and the End-of-Year Sweep• Cultivated, solicited, and stewarded of a pool of parent prospects and West Point Parents Club volunteer leaders to maximize support for the West Point Parents Fund

• Served as the fundraising liaison between a portfolio of alumni classes and USMA; worked with classes in all aspects in reunion campaigns to include planning, major donor identification, reporting, phone-a-thons, mailings, and recognition• Helped position the Class Giving Department to bring in nearly $9M in department revenue in 2013, almost triple the amount received in 2007 • Developed and implemented an effective, systematic “Donor Wall” solicitation mailing that was pivotal in increasing class campaign participation and revenue and is still utilized in the present day• Created a comprehensive volunteer handbook detailing the multi-year reunion campaign process • Planned and executed annual solicitations for the Long Gray Line Fund and Endowment• Managed the Chairman’s Circle donor recognition program• Assisted with the Superintendent’s Annual Fund and West Point Parents Fund direct mail appeals and phone-a-thons

• Prepared gift proposals for various planned giving instruments using PG Calc• Coordinated donor stewardship functions and cultivation events• Managed the Cullum Society donor recognition program

• Delivered detailed weather statements and provided telephone consultations to a diverse portfolio of clients to include professional sports teams, roofing and blacktop contractors, school districts, highway departments, and Hollywood film production companies on location throughout North America• Disseminated live and recorded weather forecasts on local and regional radio stations

• Prepared detailed hourly forecasts of temperature, dewpoint, wind direction/speed, sky cover, precipitation amounts from 7-15 days for major utility clients in the United States including National Grid, PSNJ, PJM, TVA, Commonwealth Edison, and Delmarva Power• Provided consultation services to companies with weather-sensitive operations such as Bank of America, Kings Island Amusement Park, the Cincinnati Reds, and the Boston Red Sox
