As the Director of Strategy, I focused on building sustainable process and growth strategies within our HQ and Market functions. Within my first six months in this role, I completed nearly 30 process improvement, technology product enhancement, and change management projects, collaborating with nearly every function in the company. I developed and wrote over 75 SOPs and training articles, building an "academy" for new and existing team members to learn and develop in their roles. Additionally, I drove the creation of a half dozen Tableau dashboards to provide increased visibility and accountability in our market operations, and spearheaded adoption across all client facing teams to leverage a single CRM for client facing information.
