Student teaching with the feedback and advisory of an experienced master teacher in order to gain experience and complete my Single Subject Teaching Credential in mathematics.

I handle claims from start to finishing keeping the insured updated along the way. I assist customers throughout the claim and work to build their understanding of the workings of the claim process. Customer service is a key component to this position and I work to be certain the insured is being cared for. Assisting insureds with scheduling inspection appointments and rental reservations is a daily responsibility in this position. I complete thorough investigations for each claim and asses liability for each loss. In addition, I handle subrogation demands and property damage claims for claims in which we are liable. Maintaining an organized desk and calendar is an essential skill in this position.
