In addition to my previous tasks and responsibilities, the promotion included managing twofull-time graphic designers, one full-time illustrator and one contract illustrator. Began owningprojects from concept and strategy to creative development for previously listed clients aswell as potential new leads. Create creative briefs for illustrators to implement the design vision.Design run of shows, layouts and consumer experience engagements for large format projects.Help other departments understand the creative needs of clients and step in as the go-tocreative voice. Oversee the design for all graphics from the creative department. Lead thepresentation of concepts to clients. Review resumes of potential new creatives and interviewpotential candidates. Joined as its sole graphic designer. Illustrated environmental designs, photo vignettes and othercreative footprints to be utilized in multiple client presentations to sell through ideas. Createdand composed client facing and internal decks for projects. Designed logos, custom graphics,large print files, packaging designs and brand identities for clients.

By May 2017, promoted to Graphic Designer, which came with new responsibilities on top of my old roles. Became head packaging designer, delegating projects to junior graphic designers and giving final approval on production ready designs. Involved in new product development, taking lead on product designs with industrial designers, phone meetings with China for updates, sketching new concepts and researching existing products to improve them. Managed summer interns by reviewing their work, providing feedback and teaching them brand guidelines.

Started at Ubbi World as a Junior Graphic Designer with my main contribution being packaging design — reworking existing packaging, concepting new designs, reviewing samples and working closely with our China team. Other job responsibilities were being the go-to designer for quick turnaround projects, redesigning the company catalog, editing photos and creating presentations.

In my spare time, worked on brand identities from redesigning logos to giving new companies a brand identity. Helped Kent State Athletic programs with t-shirt designs, tickets for events, and other small projects.

Such projects include: KSU Athletic Department’s promotional items and digital annual report, Summa Health Systems diversity report, and KSU Cognitive Development Lab’s logo. Presented projects to and communicated directly with clients in addition to contributing on group projects within IdeaBase.

Kent, Oh

As a member of Kent State's Division 1 Women's soccer team, I spent 40 hours per week dedicated to practicing, study tables, traveling, playing in games, and volunteering at local elementary schools/other athletic events including Flip For A Cure—a gymnastic meet benefiting breast cancer research. I was a four year letter winner for my sport and a captain my senior year. During my fifth year, I worked specifically with the KSU Athletic Department helping at various sporting events in order to earn my fifth year aid.
