As Director of Operations, I am responsible for implementing IT and human capital efficiencies for the PRMS product/brand. I serve as the liaison between IT, the business users and the client and provide guidance to determine requirements and timelines. I apply qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret data and produce substantiated recommendations, implement new sales and retention communication initiatives.

• Leads the development and analysis of retention, sales and new product data. Develops reports, tabulates data and produces summaries and ideas based on results and/or trends.• Acts as Insurance Services liaison to the marketing team and contributes to the content and strategy of the annual sales and marketing plans.• Serves as liaison to the IT team with regards to internal and external user technology needs, project management, problem solving and testing.• Leads the online sales and client services strategies and content of PRMS products.• Analyzes sales and retention metrics to determine best use of insurance services budget and resources.• Directs client research including survey design and focus group development for determining product needs, client experience and satisfaction. Responsible for:• Management of all marketing activities for national medical malpractice insurance program including the development and implementation of annual marketing plan, sales strategy, customer service initiatives, special programs, departmental budget and online services. • Research, development and implementation of new client programs and alternate revenue sources for corporation.• Oversight of marketing staff in the development and implementation of marketing programs and targeted niche campaigns. • Management of corporate online programs.

• Consulted with co-founder, launched and managed national non-profit youth volunteer organization through the implementation of an efficient business structure including program development and client management. • Grew program to three chapters with over 500 youth volunteers in less than one year. • Developed promotional and educational materials including the production of two videos on child voluntarism.• Sustained programming through writing grant proposals, soliciting in-kind donations.• Organized a benefit concert hosted on a local college campus.
