I spent 15 years at the intersection of peacebuilding and governance, leading multicultural organizations in complex global contexts and teaching at Stanford Law School. Along the way, I discovered my passion: combining strategy, creativity, and empathy to develop the transformational leaders and organizations the world needs now. As a consultant, program designer, facilitator, and coach, I partner with Executive Leadership, People & Culture leads, and Boards to: - Empower senior leaders to succeed in VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) conditions through experiential trainings, 1:1 coaching, and team development;- Assess organizational and learning development needs and design innovative solutions that improve collaboration, communication, and resilience; - Guide strategy development, organization design, change and transition management, and culture transformation;- Elevate organizational decision-making and communication systems and practices. Clients include the UN, CDC, GoFundMe, Google, Netflix, Dept of Homeland Security, Apple, UCLA, social impact startups, B Corps, and nonprofits.I'm a Fulbright Specialist in organizational capacity-building and faculty at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research, which keeps me connected to the latest in leadership and organizational development. I hold a JD from Stanford Law, where I directed the Rule of Law Program and taught negotiation and conflict resolution for nearly a decade. And as a certified mediator, I leverage my expertise in conflict resolution to help organizations navigate complexity and conflict with confidence.Let's connect—reach out at megan@megankarsh.com. ✨
