Responsible for the scheduling, coordination, provision, and tracking of on-boarding and orientation for students. Coordinated educational affiliation agreements and collaborated with other members of the team to select and arrange clinical sites and preceptors for incoming students at entry level.

Assist the Manager of Human Resources in a variety of duties such as scribing and transcribing employee relation interviews, planning events, conducting exit interviews, and facilitating New Hire Orientation. Assist the HR front desk, benefits administrator, and education liaison as needed

Greet patients, schedule appointments, and confirm insurance coverage.Provides patients with instructions for diagnostic testing and surgical procedures that are/or to be scheduled.Work with other health care professionals in providing care to patients.Serve as a resource person and mentor for other coworkers and new staff.Train new employees.Maintain patient records using electronic health records software/databases.
