As the Regional Marketing Director for New England, I lead a talented team of seven professionals, supporting over 120 Partners, in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies. Our region, encompassing nine offices, is dedicated to aligning office and industry objectives to drive revenue growth for our Partners. I also have the privilege of working closely with key operational leaders in the New England region to help align all business efforts within finance, marketing and HR.In addition to my regional responsibilities, I serve as the National Marketing Liaison for our Healthcare Industry Group, supporting strategic initiatives across this vital sector. I also assist driving our New England Women’s Initiative, where we develop innovative ideas and events that promote a collaborative and empowering environment.Over my tenure, we have proudly executed and created several tentpole events including the Construction Summit, the Life Science and BioTech Summit and the Women’s Forum. I assist our national marketing team in our annual budgeting process and have supported media buying firmwide.
