As ‘chief of staff’ in the admissions office my responsibilities included spearheading day-to-day operations of the office, managing marketing strategy and operations, executing events, and working with students and their families as they navigated the admissions process. I co-lead a group of 20+ tour guides, launched special projects and programs, served on multiple committees around campus, and coordinated thousands of visitors each year. I oversaw admission timelines, coordinated application materials and documents, and processed thousands of decision letters and other student correspondence.
