Hello, I’m Megan Davis, a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from California State University, Fullerton. I’ve developed expertise in quantitative research, business communication, and communication theory. Through these courses, I honed skills in statistical analysis, understanding organizational communication, and business and the professions. My experience at European Wax Center as a Lead Sales Associate allowed me to excel in customer service, building long-lasting interpersonal relationships, sales, and team collaboration. I consistently met and exceeded sales quotas, developed innovative sales strategies, and demonstrated strong critical thinking. My efforts were recognized with promotions and achievements, including being consistently at the top in sales within the franchise for 2/yrs and counting. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Canva, PowerPoint, Outlook, and multiple sales techniques, I’m dedicated to delivering exceptional results by merging theoretical knowledge with practical application. My commitment to excellence led me to the Dean’s List in Fall 2022/Spring 2023, showcasing my academic dedication alongside my professional accomplishments.
