I am an experienced professional with expertise in human capital management, publishing production, and executive administration, with an extensive background in recruitment and retention, and strategic organizational development. As the Vice President of Administration and Publishing Content in our largest office in Cleveland, Oh; I work to shape and lead strategy as a member of the Marketresearch.com Executive Leadership Team.I manage the operations and production of publishing content for Marketresearch.com's four Publishing Brands; Freedonia Industry Studies, Packaged Facts Information, Freedonia Focus Reports, and Simba Information. I also lead the Administration and Human Capital piece of MRDC's dynamic workforce, while continuously working to improve the overall "employee experience" which we know is so much more than payroll and benefits.
