Real estate law and business law are Megan's passion and focus. She represents The Wendy’s Company in the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of quick service restaurants (QSR) and nontraditional properties. In particular, she enjoys development transactions and collaborating with her amazing team in the US, Canada and abroad and the pure joy of closing the deal!In her prior law firm role as a Partner at Ulmer, in addition to representing a QSR brand, she also represented property owners, charitable institutions and local school districts in commercial property tax challenges - where appropriate, reducing operating costs through tax incentive programs, preserving income, or assisting charitable, religious and educational institutions with growth plans, while still maintaining exempt status.
