Serving on the City of Roseville‘s Executive Team since 2010, I work with 14 city departments on a broad range of policy and operational issues. Led multi-year public engagement effort to address citywide budget issues, including educational outreach for ballot measures that now bring more than $25 million annually to City’s general fund for critical police, fire, road, park, and library services. Expertise includes strategic planning, policy development, crises and emergencies, sensitive and controversial issues, citywide/cross-departmental initiatives, organizational culture, communications, and legislative advocacy.
