I led the design team for Five Cent Sound Magazine, Emerson College's first music magazine.

As a Help Desk Technician I provided technological assistance to Emerson students, faculty and staff. I would troubleshoot a wide variety of issues, including connecting to Emerson's wireless network, troubleshooting issues with emails in Outlook, Mail, and web browsers, resetting passwords, scanning for viruses, and more. I answered general questions over the phone and direct calls. As a Student Manager, I performed all of these duties while supervising student staff.

At Barefoot Books, I had the opportunity to work with fun, creative people every day doing tons of different things—designing web marketing collateral, editing product photography in Photoshop, designing miscellaneous images for website maintenance, assisting in maintaining the office merchandising (in other words, making Barefoot's already pretty-looking office look even better), formatting monthly events-marketing and e-blast imagery for Barefoot's Studios, and more!

As editorial intern for AMC, my responsibilities included copyediting, proofreading, and fact-checking projects in development. I assisted in proofreading manuscripts, maps, blog posts, and other projects as necessary. I also assisted in putting together and sometimes writing appendices for various books.

Edited/copyedited, wrote for RMH blog at rmhcstl.wordpress.com, updated Ronald McDonald House of Metro St. Louis's Facebook and Twitter pages, and helped with fundraising events.

During the fall semester in 2011, I worked as a member of Undergraduate Students for Publishing's copyediting team, copyediting a portion of the "Yuck" manuscript; during the spring semester of 2012, I worked as a member of both the copyediting and design teams, once again copyediting a portion of the manuscript, in addition to helping design the book cover for "Sweet Baby Jesus!". I was also largely responsible for the book's interior design.

As a crew member, I served customers, helped produce frozen custard, made and iced frozen custard cakes, pies, and novelties, and kept the store clean. On occasion I would also assist with data entry, and paint the windows.
