I am a Holistic Therapist and wellness expert who specializes in love, self-worth and relationships. I am also a writer, speaker and the host of the Well, Then Podcast. I serve as a mentor and coach to women who are ready to find alignment within themselves and in their love lives. In addition to my private practice, I am also the founder and CEO of The Self Care Space, a self-guided therapy app and community for women. I also founded non-profit organization Be More, which strives to teach young people the importance of mental wellness and self esteem in the digital age. My passion ultimately lies in empowering people with the tools to advocate for their own health and strengthen the quality of their lives. Through a variety of holistic modalities including CBT, DBT, NLP, Hypnotherapy, evidence-based behavioral coaching and other healing modalities, I support people to take on an empowered stance in their own healing.
