The Self Care Space is a holistic mental health platform with evidence-based tools to help women grow. We support the well-being of young women by providing simple and non-judgmental access to therapy resources, built into a community of supportive peers and mental health professionals. We help women prioritize their mental health in an easy to implement, all-inclusive digital app. Our expert-designed programming includes self-guided courses, emergency toolboxes, group therapy, as well as monthly live events to foster connection and community. We help bridge the gap between traditional talk therapy and holistic resources, with our affordable and comprehensive personal growth platform. Our subscription membership empowers women to heal their past, grow into the best version of themselves, and explore life with their newfound self-love. In this membership you will dive into structured programming and curriculum designed by mental health experts, while also connecting with a community of other women healing and growing alongside you. You will get access to experts in a wide range of specialities on our Advisory Board, and have the option to participate in group therapy or one-on-one coaching as well.
