Current- Set and oversee all corporate branding, messaging and communication initiatives through viable channels and platforms.- Manage team of account representatives to grow and delight customer base at all stages of customer life cycle from awareness/lead generation to delivering customer-eccentric demonstrations through account management and support once customer is "live".- Plan, Create and Manage educational content and inbound marketing strategies and assets.- Collaboratively work with national associations and oversight organizations to educate and progress the use of technology in health and human services.- Oversee company-wide efforts for customer engagement through volunteer events, social media and user group communities.
