During the course of my employment at the City, I have been solely responsible for all HR-related functions, including payroll for 70+ employees; processing child support, wage garnishments, tax levies, and other court-mandated deductions; retirement reports, 941 employment reports, and Workers' Compensation reports; unemployment claims and appeals; interview scheduling, conduction, and follow-up; onboarding, drug screening, background checks, and termination processes; and assuring compliance with all federally mandated employment regulations. I worked at TAMC while attending college full-time. The staff encouraged me to learn all aspects of business at the clinic, from patient care to office management, billing, and administration. I performed venipunctures and in-office laboratory tests, assisted in minor surgical procedures, performed sutures, and administered injections. I also held an NCT X-Ray Technician certification and routinely performed x-ray exams as required and developed the films myself in a… Show more I worked at TAMC while attending college full-time.
