Performs device and electrophysiology procedures (EP), and hybrid extractions. Preps procedure rooms, preps patients for procedures, obtains and records patient information, assists physicians in procedure by circulating and scrubbing procedures, performs blood work analysis, operate intracardiac ultrasound, cleans procedure rooms, and preps instruments for resterilization.

• Monitor patient’s heart rhythms, heart rates, blood pressures, oxygen levels, blood glucose, and workloads during exercise • Participate in community health and wellness fairs to a variety of populations ranging from children to the elderly • Assist in selecting potential hires, interviewing candidates, and training new staff members • Cover as interim manager during time between hires, and when manager is on vacation • Complete daily billing in an accurate manner using an effective checks and balances system • Perform administrative tasks including: Patient registration, processing physician referrals, enforcing signatures on legal documents, collecting co-payments, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance • Conduct quarterly data input of outcomes to improve quality of patient care • Adhere to all quality, safety and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality
