I began managing artist Jarki Monno around the end of 2018, ahead of his debut independent release 'Closure'. My working relationship with Jarki Monno as Artist Manager since the beginning has also included responsibilities around event management, tour driving, website design and strategic marketing, all via organic processes. The success of our joint work ethic (and great songwriting!) together led Jarki Monno to sign with Marshall Records in 2023 and agency Runway Artists in 2024.Notable Achievements throughout my managerial career with Jarki Monno includes, but is not limited to: BBC Radio 1 Future Pop Mollie King, BBC Radio 1 Phil Taggart, BBC Radio 2 Jo Whiley, BBC Radio 6 Huw Stephens, BBC Introducing 3 Counties, BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend 2024, The Great Escape 2022 & 2024, Jess Iszatt's One To Watch 2024.

Teaching experience covers all three years of Undergraduate, from Level 4-6. I teach students subscribed to designated Music Business courses as well as those who choose to take Business & Industry as their optional Module for their Final Major Projects.Responsibilities include writing Scheme of Works (and adapting year-to-year for relevance), teaching prep (pre/post class content & slides for each lecture) and then delivery and aftercare via email communication with students.My style of teaching is very bespoke, tailored to each student 1-1 depending on their learning needs, style of communication and project/career focus - similar to my freelance Artist Development & Management approach to work.Other commissioned and/or freelance roles at WaterBear have included:- Mentoring through 1-1 tutorials for students (2023/24, 2024/25)- Writing Scheme of Works for L4 & L5 Business Courses (2023/24, 2024/25)- Writing a bespoke Artist Development Programme as Extra Curriculum (2024)

I support the Directors of WERKS with on-the-ground running of the main Brighton site, plus overseeing general areas of business which include supporting the team with general enquiries, queries and questions. My responsibilities can develop month-to-month. However, the day-to-day consists of HR, Sales, Marketing and Operations.

This role was to oversee the capacity of each WERKS building across Brighton, Hove and Lewes. These responsibilities included achieving revenue and capacity targets, overseeing the delivery of marketing across socials (taking into consideration our sales focus for the quarter) and supporting generally at our main Brighton site day-to-day in person with clientele within the building.

During this position, my time was spent supporting the reception desk and as café cover. My main focus was strategising and rebranding The Werks Group to WERKS, with a fresh image, building an online digital presence, some paid ads, third-party integrations/developments, plus traditional physical marketing.
