I’m a data analyst passionate about uncovering insights and trends in data that help improve overall business efficiency and key performance indicators. Previously working as an entrepreneur in Vietnam, I enjoyed the precision of developing signature essential oil blends and personally producing a catalogue of more than twenty handmade soaps and shampoo bars, manipulating creative boundaries within a chemical framework. In this role, I also used my experience as an education consultant to lead a small team of employees. In this capacity, I created a manual facilitating communication across multiple linguistic and cultural barriers, as well as increased our domestic retail reach from Hanoi in the north to Phu Quoc in the south. My work in these areas inspired me to study data analytics, to combine the analytical, troubleshooting aspect of my entrepreneurial role with the communication and design aspect of my educational role. I enjoy seeing analysis through from start to finish: from cleaning, wrangling and exploratory analysis to the creation of detailed, concise visualizations and presentations to identify consumer patterns and market trends. I currently reside in the Americas and prefer remote work, but am willing to relocate for the right position.
