I was responsible for the introduction of QR Code based smart entries and Smart Campus mobile wallet for the university during the cultural, technical and sports festival.Apart from this, my work involved handling the backend for the registration of participants (5000+ in Oasis, the annual cultural festival, 3000+ in BOSM, the annual sports festival, and 1000+ in APOGEE, the annual technical festival), online merchandise stores, registration software, accommodation portals, event management systems and the payment gateway.

One of the seven members of Council of Students for Academic Activities(CoStAA), the body responsible for the management of one of India's largest completely student-organized technical festival, APOGEE. APOGEE, with 36 years of its existence, attracts close to 1000 participants from over 150 colleges in India. The CoStAA body takes all the decisions related to the festival, ranging from financial intricacies to operational details. It is also responsible to regulate the academic environment on the campus throughout the years and regularly coordinates the working of various disciplinary associations for the same.APOGEE 2019 proved to be among the most successful editions of the festival in its 37 year rich history. It observed talks by prominent personalities such as Rakesh Sharma, the first Indian in space, Dr. Stephen Morse, the chief architect of the Intel 8086 microprocessor and Alan Emtage, creator of the first search engine, Archie as well as numerous demonstrations and presentations.
