Prof. Megha is a passionate academician currently associated with Ramaiah Institute of Management (RIM), Bangalore, with over 12 years of total experience (10 years in teaching, research, consulting, and one year in industry). She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in “Role of HR in inculcating Lean Thinking in the IT Sector”. Prof. Megha is currently the Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and her area of expertise/ specialization includes Entrepreneurship, Human Resources, and Business Law. As head of the department of entrepreneurship, she is involved in network development and strategy building. Her strengths lie in the execution of plans. A highly result-oriented individual committed to socially responsible education bridging academia with business and society. Has developed unique business opportunities for start-ups and investors with innovative ideas and partnerships. Handled consulting projects, and conducted skill development workshops.She has been actively involved in initiating, coordinating, and conducting various departmental and institutional events like panel discussions, webinars, conferences, guest lectures, and various student activities through student clubs for their holistic development.
