• Primary responsibilities include supporting 5 aerospace programs by managing and coordinating the supply and demand of program materials to satisfy customer goals and expectations.
• Serve as the liaison between five Star Missile-3 (SM-3) programs and the Supply Chain Management Team, including buyers, production control, subcontract administrators, customers, and suppliers.
• Total execution of Supply Chain functions for the SM-3 programs, including sourcing demand for rocket motor materials, scheduling, requisitioning materials, maintaining a Line of Balance for each program.
• Establish, maintain, and monitor subcontractor agreements that support the programs technical, cost, and schedule requirements. Manage subcontract risks and execution issues, ensure quality assurance.
• Remain current on overall program goals and budgets, both from procurement and in-house manufacturing position– including attrition rates and any additional contracts needed for testing purposes.

• Negotiated and maintained over 3,000 intellectual property license agreements for 103 universities worldwide per year.
• Demonstrated annual company savings by negotiating and closing key new contracts that include IBM, Copyright Clearance Center, Lynda.com, and Skillsoft. These contracts led to a savings in 2012 of $960,000.00.
• Participated in team building working groups to identify best practices and development opportunities to enhance vendor relationships and pricing models.
• Provided quarterly financial reporting and annual financial projections, and offer company-wide quarterly copyright law and compliance executive training sessions.
