Responsibilities included cashing out customer groceries, as well as being social with customers during checkout. As front office staff, responsibilities included opening and closing the cash office (opening closing the registers in the store), creating cashier register schedules and shopping cart responsibility rotations, listening to customer service complaints with empathy and satisfying their needs, tendering money services at large volumes such as Western Union, money orders, cashing checks, and gift cards.

Responsible for welcoming customers, scheduling appointments answering phones, retail sales and checking stocks as well as cashier duties.

Responsibilities included welcoming customers, seating guests, refilling basic drink needs (i.e. water, tea etc.), scheduling reservations, answering the telephone and bussing tables during busy times. Also worked to input “to-go” orders. Was promoted to server to assist on waiting tables.
