Completed a variety of patient related tasks at such as collecting patient medical histories, family medical histories, and several other behavioral surveys. Assisted the psychologist during patient diagnosis, independently administered an array of behavioral assessments, and earned proficiency in a range of behavioral research coding systems (including orthography, speech coding, and communication coding). Trained new hires on each of the project programs, collected and processed internal and cross-site media/data. Wrote program manuals and collaboratively authored several detailed protocols for clinical coding and assessment administration.

In the Greenville College Research Experience for Undergraduates Program, I worked on the collaboration of a lab manual currently used in a few of Greenville College’s upper division biology sections. Through this experience, I was able to get hands on experience with different instrumentation and aseptic techniques. This research program also enforced the practice of appropriate laboratory and notebook etiquette and scientific writing.
