Profile bio

About Meghan Weber

I have been actively involved in the world of research since 2009. My journey began immediately upon entering undergrad and evolved as I participated in Greenville University's biochemistry section of their summer research experience, in an independent microbiology laboratory section, and through completing my junior/senior honor's thesis discussing the impact of Vitamin D intake on sleep and mood. After double majoring in biology and in chemistry, I graduated in 2013 with my bachelor of arts degree. Immediately after college, I was hired by the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center and served as a Research Analyst on multiple behavioral and speech studies involved in therapeutic indications for children with Down Syndrome and ABA therapy for toddlers and infants with ASD. In 2018, I began my journey in clinical research as a Clinical Research Coordinator working in a psychiatry research unit at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. While in this position, I actively recruited and followed children, teens, and adults on studies investigating the following indications: ASD, Fragile X Syndrome, Major Depressive Disorder with Suicidal Ideation, Attenuated Psychosis, and General Psychosis. Within the last year, my research career progressed as a remote Clinical Research Associate with Icon PLC where I collaborated with investigator sites on vaccine studies. While with Icon, I stepped into a Traveling CRA I position and continued developing my career by guiding select study sites participating in Pfizer vaccine trials. Most recently, I began working with Advanced Clinical as an Operations Analyst. Experience/Competencies: IATA certified, ICH-GCP, Phase I-IV trials, therapeutic and IP interventions, risk-based monitoring, CTMS and EDC review and maintenance, IP reconciliation, and regulatory management

Listed skills include Psychology, Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, Research, and 2 others.
