A shared selling program designed to provide overlay support to newly-hired Solution Sales Executives (SSE) for their first 90 days in territory. The New Hire program VSE will cleanse the customer and non-customer data and grow the Master Prospect List (MPL) to enable the newly-hired SSE to achieve desired productivity levels in a reduced cycle-time.

I was an XPS Specialist amid the duration of this Pilot. Which has now become a successful program.The Xerox Print Services Specialist is responsible for delivering the XPS plan while providing support to Xerox Print Services Sales Executives. The sales specialist will be required to coach, deliver product training and support the sales force as well as make joint, virtual calls to customers on a regular basis. Directly impacting the sale cycle is a key priority for this position.
