Works closely with patients throughout all aspects of their visit. Including optical technician and proficient in facilitating testing (e.g. OPD, Optos, OCT, and Visual Field), optical sales of glasses and contacts, customer service and scheduling, social media content creation, and hands on experience with trouble shooting machine maintenance.

While being a full time student completing work towards my PhD in English Literature, I have also had the opportunity to teach two classes a semester and one each summer where I am the sole instructor in the classroom. Per this position, I also complete five hours of professional development/composition writing and teaching development each semester. Experience teaching the following classes: ENGL 101 and ENGL 102: College Composition I and II, ENGL 131: Poetry & Drama, and ENGL 258: Popular American Culture.

Taught courses in First Year Composition while working towards and completing a Master's degree in English.
