Working as a sales associate and cashier at T.J. Maxx, I worked closely with customers to provide them with the best customer experience possible. I mainly worked at the front end of the store, with the Point of Sale system, in order to help customers conclude their shopping experience and track purchases for the company.

During my time as a server at Water Street Brewery, Downtown I regularly communicated with other serving staff, managers, and kitchen staff throughout to provide service that ensured high customer satisfaction for each guest that walked through the door. As well, I documented orders and executed check separation and sales transactions of up to 6 tables at a time on the Point of Sales System to accurately track hourly revenue. Logic, strategy, and time management were a large part of this job, especially when handling many large parties at once during a rush and making sure to delegate your time properly between each table.
