Planned and implemented yoga classes and camps for kids ages 5-12 in the Outer Richmond neighborhood of San Francisco. Partnered with local schools to bring yoga and mindfulness classes to their after school programs. Led a workshop for 15 local educators and parents called Teaching Yoga to Kids. Created and maintained an online presence using Instagram, Facebook, Constant Contact, and Squarespace to build the database.

At The Children's School, I worked collaboratively with the Math and Science teacher to create meaningful cross-curricular opportunities for learning in the progressive Nelson Middle Years program. We helped guide students in the designing of their own investigations and assisted them in researching topics through the school's one-to-one laptop program. We gave the students enough space to tap into their own potential and expand on their own ideas in order to promote a genuine love of learning.
