-Book, plan and coordinate over 50 wedding and wedding-related events each year-Meet with brides, wedding planners and vendors to coordinate all event logistics including timeline, menu, set-up details and floor plans for each event-Work closely with Banquet Manager to ensure all set-up and service details of event are efficient and effective-Work closely with Executive Chef and Executive Pastry Chef to create custom menus and custom wedding cakes for clients-Plan and attend menu and cake tastings with clients to guide them through the selection process-Manage Bridal Captain and other members of the Banquet Staff to ensure all details of the event and timeline are executed effectively-Work on Saturdays to monitor event set-up, coordinate vendors and welcome guests as they enter The Fort Worth Club-Monitor and coordinate all wedding advertising including national publications and The Fort Worth Club newsletter-Create and maintain a Fort Worth Club special events blog and Pinterest account to highlight various Club events and weddings-Attend marketing meetings to share all wedding-related marketing efforts with other members of management team-Plan Annual Bridal Showcase, including booking featured vendors, creating event printables, organizing vendor-load in and set-up, and executing the event-Update event details using ReServe, Meeting Matrix and Bob Vila software systems-Represent The Fort Worth Club at monthly meetings and national convention for National Association for Catering and Events (NACE)-Assist Catering Director with event billing when necessary
