I am a solicitor listed in Doyle’s Guide as a Rising Star (2023) with practice experience exclusively in Family Law in Canberra, ACT.I hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Canberra and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (GDLP) with The College of Law. I am admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory and the High Court of Australia.I advise and represent clients in relation to separation and divorce, family and personal violence, property disputes, non-traditional and culturally traditional parenting arrangements, superannuation splitting, child support and spousal maintenance matters. I have experience representing private clients in early intervention solutions through negotiation, mediation and family dispute resolution.I also have experience guiding and representing clients through litigation and have appeared in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the ACT Magistrates Court.I am passionate about providing my clients with holistic advice and access to trauma informed support and service providers. As part of a dynamic team I enjoy delivering timely and cost effective solutions for my clients, and aim to pragmatically assist my clients to navigate the complexities of family law challenges. I enjoy advocating for my clients, their children and their families, and provide a supportive and empowering environment for clients to recognise their goals and objectives. I have volunteered with the Women’s Legal Centre ACT pro-bono clinic for the past two years and I am also a member of the ACT Law Society, ACT Women's Lawyers Association, Family Law Section (Law Council of Australia). I am a current serving president of the Canberra Region Family Law Professionals Association (CRFLPA).I was recognised in Doyle's Guide as a Rising Star in Family Law in Canberra for 2023.
