Main responsibilities include: -Sourcing for Microsoft IT Recruiters to fill internal positions on full-desk sales/recruitment teams (Microsoft & Salesforce). -Acting as a liaison with internal clients to meet the hiring goals of the organization in San Francisco. -Creating and posting ads on a variety of job boards, university pages and social networking sites. -Conducting initial phone interviews for all candidates and screened for relevant experience, skill sets, and determined cultural fit. -Scheduling and organizing all interviews with candidates, managers, and President. -Attending career fairs to attract talent and to build the Nigel Frank brand.
